Learning comes from listening–to other people and to ourselves.
Our Higher Power speaks to us in so many ways. Some people believe that every conversation we have offers us messages from God. Wise philosophers from earlier centuries believed that every encounter we had with another person was really an encounter with some aspect of ourselves and that God brought us together for what we needed to learn.
Listening to others becomes a real joy, once we get free of our false pride that says we must have all the answers.
Today’s Food for Thought:
I can help someone today by sharing what I have learned from my Higher Power. I will learning if I keep listening.
