To detach is to trust our journey.

We all have a Higher Power guiding us on our own personal journey. But sometimes, we get too wrapped up in someone else’s problems that it get in the way of their growth.

The truth is, we’re not their Higher Power.

And letting go doesn’t mean we don’t care, um k—it means we trust that they have their own path to follow.

Off course, stepping back can feel hard, especially if you’ve gotten used to feeling needed. Maybe you thought fixing or taking care of others gave your life meaning. But that was never your real purpose.

What is helpful is being supportive.

Showing love.

Saying a prayer.

These things matter, and they don’t require you to take over someone else’s life.

As we grow, we’re learning what real love looks like.

It’s not about rescuing, it’s about respecting each person’s journey, including our own.
